Recieved
The Anita Borg Change Agent Award inJuly 2007, the award honors technical
women that live and work outside the United States. They are change
agents in their community - working to attract and support women in
technology in their region. Recipients are recognized for their technical
leadership and advocacy work to support women as equal partners in the
development and use of computing around the world.
Nominated as a finalist of the Stockholm Challenge Award of the Royal
Institute of Technology of Sweden and received a Diploma for the excellence
in the use of Information Technology for the E-Marketing Project in
the economic development Category of the Stockholm Challenge 2008.
Received
the Community research prize from Cairo University in 2009.
